four-step management process consists of Project
Time Line Development, Project Scheduling,
Project Cost Management, and Project Closeout
Procedures. Through this process, we are able to
manage project time lines, handle staff and
materials implementation, minimize project
change orders, and provide customers with
detailed test results and as-built drawings. As
a result, we can provide our customers with the
most accurate and up-to-date project status
possible.
